Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund less the cost of shipping.
If you are unsatisfied as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
Currently we do not ship outside Canada.
All shipping rates are calculated based on weight of products and your location. We will be offering Canada Post Live rates for all orders unless otherwise requested. If you wish to have your order shipped by another carrier, please Contact Us. We reserve the right to substitute shipping carriers based on delivery time or shipping rates.
We generally ship orders within 3 business days of purchase, but as we are small company, sometimes this is simply not possible. Orders placed after business hours or on weekend will be shipped after two business days.
Please allow 6-10 business days for products preparation on larger orders.
